1. You can make an appointment after prior consultation on WhatsApp or by phone at +356 77099299. If I do not answer the phone, please leave a message – I will reply at your leisure.

2. I work Monday through Saturday from 9 am-3 pm or 1 pm-6 pm (depending on the calendar setting).

3. PAYMENT FOR THE TREATMENT ON-SITE:

4. The only confirmation of the service arrangement is the obligatory and immediate (up to 3 days from subscription) payment of the reservation deposit in the amount of EUR 20 per the following data:

5. The advance payment is paid for a specific service, it is not refundable and cannot be used for another treatment. As part of the advance payment, it is possible to change the date of the visit once, up to 48 hours before the visit.

6. The down payment is also not returned in the case when:

  • the client will not inform that she will not appear at the visit
  • the client will cancel the visit for less than 48 hours
  • during the visit, it turns out that there are contraindications to the procedure that she did not inform about during the interview
  • during the visit, the client decides that she will not perform the procedure

7. I am asking my clients to come to the treatment in good health. People with a cold, runny nose, cough, sore throat, fever, directly after aesthetic / surgical / dental procedures – will not be supported. In such situations, the down payment is non-returnable and does not go towards the next possible subscription.

8. Not all methods can be performed for every client. During the procedure, the procedure and the effect we are aiming for are discussed in detail. Shape visualization is performed. I offer my client an optimal method / technique. In the event that the client’s expectations are inconsistent with my vision and we do not come to an agreement or if the client’s expectations are unworkable, inconsistent with my work aesthetics, inconsistent with the art of performing the procedure, or if the client does not understand the essence of the treatment, recommendations and contraindications – I reserve the right to refusal to perform the procedure. In such cases, the down payment is treated as a fee for the consultation during which the visualization was performed and the conversation about the procedure.

9. Each registration for the procedure is preceded by an initial consultation verifying the client for the procedure, during which the client is informed about the contraindications to the procedure and the course of the procedure itself. If the client takes any medications, suffers from any diseases, has any changes (moles, birthmarks, scars, capillaries, angiomas, discoloration, etc.) or has any doubts – she is obliged to inform me about it. This also applies to clients who have the above mentioned while waiting for the treatment.

10. On the day of the procedure, please arrive on time. Please don’t come much earlier. I accept a delay of 10 minutes, after notifying me. In the event of a longer delay, the visit is lost, for the remaining time allocated for the visit, it is only possible to consult and register for a new date – then the advance payment is transferred to the consultation.

Registration for a new date = payment of a new deposit.

11. For the appointment, please come without accompanying persons, children, animals (even in transporters).

12. Each treatment is scheduled for a specific time, we have the appropriate amount of time for each client. If the client is not able to decide on the procedure for half of the time allocated for the treatment / is not sure about the color, method, technique – then I have too little time left, then I have too little time to perform the procedure in a timely manner. In such a situation, I refuse to continue working and the down payment is transferred to the consultation.

Post-pigmentation – It is a procedure aimed at preserving, enhancing the effect, adding pigmentation (if any) after the first pigmentation treatment. Post-pigmentation should take place up to 3 months from the date of the basic treatment. The current prices of additional pigmentation are included in the price list. Remember to request additional pigmentation in advance – my calendar is sometimes very crowded, but unfortunately, I am not able to work more than the schedule allows me to ☺ We can see from the experience of working with clients that most women use this treatment .

Refreshing – It is a procedure that is performed to refresh the basic treatment. The refreshing treatment applies to customers who have undergone the basic treatment and pigmentation. The current refreshment prices are included in the price list and are valid provided that the shape / contours of the make-up are retained – otherwise the pigmentation is priced individually.
