The healing process is a very important process during which we can observe how the skin absorbs the pigment that has been introduced and how it peels off the excess (about 30% of the pigment). This process takes about 30 days, i.e. 4 to 5 weeks, depending on the type of skin and the type of pigmentation. It is a process that we cannot shorten or disregard. Thanks to proper healing, we can see how our skin regains its pigmentation process. You do not need to be frightened by the intensity of the initial pigmentation. The effect obtained immediately after the treatment is the result of color deposition in all layers of the epidermis. The skin is also swollen and sensitive, which makes the effect look exaggerated. The epidermis will remove excess pigment in the healing process and only what is underneath it will remain, giving a slightly changed color impression.

an element of a well-performed procedure is hitting the perfect point of the skin with the pigment, i.e. at the appropriate depth. Then follows a rather complex but relatively fast healing process, during which we have the impression that the pigment disappears and is no longer visible. After the pigment has healed and stabilized (up to 4-5 weeks), the color reappears. Only then do we evaluate the final effect.

Immediately after the treatment, especially in the case of the first treatment, the client may be frightened by the intensity and saturation of the color. However, it is completely normal, therefore consultation and discussion of the procedure is so important before it is performed. From moment to moment, within about 48 hours after pigmentation, when you get used to it, the process of keratosis, i.e. peeling of the epidermis, takes place and the color is barely visible. It is hard to notice with the naked eye that the color has survived in the skin, seemingly as if it had not been preserved at all. However, after a few days, it starts to come out and look very natural, which is the final and desired effect of micropigmentation.
